In this episode, Dr. Dee talks about her failed safety plan. The story of how she came up with her own out and it resulted in more pain, due to lack of guidance and resources. The comparison is not to say the Army did anything wrong, it was a sign of the times. Things have changed, laws are getting better and commands have made a shift.
